Job Context:

Drik ICT Ltd., a leading nationwide Internet Service Provider (ISP), is seeking energetic, dynamic, and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to promote and expand its home user internet services across Dhaka Metropolitan Area. The selected candidates will work under Drik ICT Ltd. and must be capable of achieving monthly sales targets through area-based and digital marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute door-to-door, area-based, and digital marketing campaigns to acquire new home internet subscribers under Drik ICT Ltd.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team-based monthly sales targets through effective marketing strategies.
• Identify, approach, and convert potential leads through field visits, calls, and social media engagement.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and distribute marketing materials such as flyers, banners, and promotional content to boost visibility.
• Collect and share market intelligence (competitor pricing, customer feedback, local demand) with management.
• Submit daily performance reports to the Sales Supervisor / Marketing Manager.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local campaigns and promotional events.
• Maintain professional representation of Drik ICT Ltd. in all customer interactions.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Background in Marketing, Business, or Communication will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Experience in ISP / Broadband / Home Internet marketing will be given preference.
• Candidates with a proven record of achieving monthly sales targets will be prioritized.

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 20 to 35 years.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work in the field and handle area-based marketing operations.
