Job Description / Responsibility

• PC installation and maintenance, changing accessories, troubleshooting.
  
• Create email IDs and Email groups under DPS domain.
  
• Basic idea on wordpress to contents upload on website
  
• Check the LAN, WLAN, routers and switches.
  
• Provide end user support and training if necessary.
  
• Troubleshoot hardware and software.
  
• Check online for new software updates, Virus outbreak and latest technology.
  
• Generate different kinds of reports according to managements required.
  
• Any other job as assigned by the Head of IT and Principal.

Employment Status: FullTime

Educational Requirements : Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in CSE

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 year(s)
  
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Troubleshoot hardware and software.

Job Location: Dhaka
