Job Responsibilities
- Implementing organizational vision and direction
- Leading the implementation of the organization’s short & long-term strategy
- Willing to work under the guidance from the Governing Body (the Board)
- Creating and maintaining organizational values that will grow and flourish
- Promoting the principles and philosophy of social entrepreneurship within the institution and among the stakeholders
- Leading from the front to make Dnet profitable with set key performance indicators (KPI) as per the agreed roadmap
- Leading and motivating teams to advance employee engagement to develop a high performing managerial team
- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
- Mobilizing financial resources to ensure smooth operations
- Enforcing adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain full compliance and business ethics
- Promoting core values of Dnet among the staff members through actionable and measurable initiatives
- Maintaining high-standard of financial management with transparency and values of integrity and conscious spending
- Building and maintaining the relationship with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important stakeholders for keeping high respect and goodwill Dnet already created over the years
- Taking care of leadership development and capacity building of staff members at each tier of management, connected to a succession plan
- Taking lead in any crisis and lead from the front to overcome the crisis.
- Mainstreaming culture of innovations through a deploying system of sharing knowledge and undertaking R&D projects for new services
Employment Status
Full-time in regular/tenurial category
Educational Requirements
Minimum Master's degree from any reputed national or international University.
Experience Requirements
At least 15 year(s) proven experiences in technology-based innovative business and/or development sector
Additional Requirements
- Age not more than 55 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply

- Innovative mindset and ability to think out of the box
- Belief and practice in ethics in entrepreneurship, particularly in social entrepreneurship
- Ability to manage a complex business relationship with patience
