Job Context

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) / Area Sales Manager (ASM) - is responsible for Sales Planning and Strategy for the Area to achieve the individual sales target by actively involved in primary & secondary sales monitoring and Distributor hunting & maintain them as assigned by the management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Marketing & Sales plans and strategies of Sales based on Market Analysis to maximize the market share for the particular area as assigned by the management.
  • Assist to Prepare yearly / monthly sales target & Budget based on the market forecast, trend, and brand image.
  • Play a leading role to conduct thorough market research on the local market to find potential buyers and dealers and take necessary action to convert these potential buyers to satisfied customers.
  • Spot out Channel Gap, find out potential channel Partners and enroll the new channel partners or convert competitor's channel partners into Company folder to enhance market coverage by complying with the Company policies and procedures.
  • Assign & monitor the tasks of the term mats regularly so that they will motivate aside sales targets as assigned.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners and customers and stakeholders.
  • Emphasizing sales & previous due collections and driven the marketing team accordingly.
  • Collect, Forecast, and analyze the market data and the competitor's market data and report submitted to the respective supervisor.
  • Design and develop sales programs and assign the team accordingly to implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with dealers and customers and meet their requirements efficiently.
  • Complete all required daily, weekly and monthly reporting as requested by Company management.
  • Actively participate in company meetings, conference/individual calls, and training & development programs as requested by Company management. Documents and provides feedback to management regarding products, product launches, displays, motivation programs, promotions, and areas for improvement.
  • * Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Good leadership, Sales Marketing

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2-5 year(s)
  • Fresher’s are encourage to apply

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Skills Required: Good leadership, Sales & Marketing, Sales and Marketing in FMCG are encouraged to apply

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Salary: Negotiable
