Job Description / Responsibility

• To explore new clients, make onboard & regulate business to meet organization's business target
  
• Maintain outstanding relationship with existing clients and business stakeholders
  
• Deliver against assigned quarterly goals while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience
  
• Must have to meet the Sales Targets & KPI, both monthly and quarterly
  
• Take an active role in aggressively growing the revenues of the Agency
  
• Generate new business plans and ideas of hot products for the current advertising market
  
• Maintain relationships with head of marketing, marketing managers, brand managers, event managers and digital marketing manager of prominent companies
  
• Communicate with clients by meeting, mail, over the phone, personally and to communicate with our creative team directly with proper briefs to ensure proper executions
  
• Prepare budget for any campaign (ATL/ BTL/ TTL or Digital)
  
• Prepare quotation for both existing and new clients
  
• Prepare Presentation for Client Pitching
  
• Coordinate with Production Team for any Photo shoot, Video shoot, OVC, TVC, RDC or any other creative content creation
  
• Negotiate with Production Vendors (both Print or Digital)
  
• Collaborating with cross-functional team to grow the business
  
• Leveraging contacts to leverage new business opportunities
  
• Propose innovative event & activation ideas, plans to increase brand visibility
  
• Ensure all branding are properly executed during event/ activation
  
• Be a team player and work alongside with copywriters, designers and account managers
  
• Any other task assigned by the CEO or Line manager.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor degree in any discipline
  Educational Requirement is not mandatory for highly skilled & experienced Candidates.
  Skills Required: Sales & Marketing,Client Service/ Marketing

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 4 year(s)
  
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Communication, Client Service/ Marketing, Event/ Campaign Coordination

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 32 years
  
• Only males are allowed to apply
  
• At least 3-4 years of experience as Business Development Asst. Manager/Sr. Executive/Executive or Account
• Manager in any reputed Advertising/Creative Agency.
  
• Must have some client in hands throughout the Agency experience, that will generate major business for this organization.
  
• Well-organized, co-operative and good team player with a pleasant personality.
  
• Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity internally and externally.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and be constantly on the run, juggling multiple projects at once.
  
• Good English communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
  
• Should have good knowledge in Power Point, Excel, and Word.
  
• Flexible with working hours (as and when required).
