Executive - Sales and Application - Spine and Trauma Surgery

Job Description / Responsibility

  • To achieve sales revenue and market share targets for the territory of Bangladesh by promoting Spine and Trauma surgical products to doctors/specialists and patients/end users.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Understand market sales opportunities and close orders to meet sales targets.
  • Seek opportunities to open new accounts and start new programs.
  • Ensure coverage of all accounts based on customer segmentation within the territory in agreement with the manager, to maintain an optimum level of exposure.
  • Maintain and expand existing business and develop new business opportunities.
  • Expand the customer base and sales by establishing regular contact with key specialists, technical staff, and administration personnel.
  • Recognize and understand competitive products, features, and strengths of the company’s products.
  • Gather market intelligence as an audit on hospital usage, competitor products and pricing, and continual updates on general competitive activities.
  • Communicate marketing plans/intelligence/competitor activity promptly, including potential sales leads, and information regarding product price or account activity, to the manager and other appropriate company personnel
  • Provide timely information to management regarding customer concerns, issues, and market opportunities.
  • Have a mindset to support/assist spine and trauma surgeries to surgeons in the operating theater.
  • Have to travel extensively across different hospitals in the country for the business.
  • Have to collect surgery data continuously.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmacy
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biomedical Engineering
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology
  • Skills Required: Medical Representative/ Marketing Executive/ MPO, COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT, Good comunication skill

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh, Dhaka

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 30000 (Monthly)
