Responsibilities:

• Arrange PP meeting with buyer QC or Account Holder merchandiser and do the necessary task of PP meeting.
• Follow up buyer quality requirement in cutting, sewing, and finishing of garments.
• Follow up buyer sample requirement, ensure sample quality, and deliver at the right time to the buyer.
• Especially check all quality points in sewing and finishing of garments.
• Doing section wise quality inspection to keep garments defect in the control.
• Deliver any quality controlling message of the buyer end to the related section.
• Ensure Final product quality before the buyer or Buyer Representative final quality inspection.
• Arrange final inspection with all requirements of the buyer.
• Ensure everything of the QC file and sample in bulk garments.
• Taking sample approval from Head Office Account Holder Merchandiser.
• Work with the buyer in QC at the time of the final inspection.
• Contact with buyer QC or Account Holder Merchandiser about any quality issue.
• GPQ implement of his buyer quality manual in the factory quality management system.
• Work as a buyer QC representative in the garments factory.

Education Requirements: Minimum graduate

Additional Qualification:

• Age 35 to 40 years
• The applicant should have minimum experience of 5 years,
• The applicant should have experience in sweater factory.
• Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude
• The incumbent should be experience as quality control/audit, quality controller/assurance
• Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability
• General skill on spoken & written English communication
• Strong in in terms of technical & compliance of quality system & process of QC/QA

Experience: 5 Years same position

Salary: Negotiable
