The hotel is now looking for a talented person for the following position:

Position: Food and Beverage Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Managing all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
  • Organizing, direct and evaluate food and beverage service.
  • Identifying guest’s needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
  • Managing daily food and beverage operations.
  • Following food and safety regulations.
  • Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
  • Assisting with marketing events.
  • Creating and enforcing restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs.
  • Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage staff.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in business management or hospitality management.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
  • Culinary or food service management degree may be advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of the food industry.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age: Not more than 45 years.
  • Communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded.

Salary Range: Negotiable
