Job Description / Responsibilities:

• It is the primary responsibility of the GSA to welcome and initiates the overall first impression of our guest’s arrival experience.
  
• Check-in and check-out guests in timely manner.
  
• Attend and follow-up guest’s requests and complaints professionally.
  
• Attend telephone calls.
  
• Should be Guest oriented and courteous.
  
• Maintain co-ordination and communication with related departments to perform daily routine tasks.
  
• Should be hardworking, obedient and honest.
  
• Create positive, memorable, and efficient guest interactions within the hotel lobby and front desk.
  
• Provides engaging, entertaining, and inspiring guest service.
  
• Maintains comprehensive and accurate knowledge of groups, events, amenities, outlets, and general information.
  
• Perform other job related duties as per direction by the department.

Educational Requirements: Applicant must have at least Bachelor degree from any reputed public or private university (negotiable for experienced candidate).

Experience Requirements: Experienced candidates will get preference.

Age: Below 25 years

Additional Job Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills.
  
• Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
  
• Previous hotel experience would be preferred
  
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
  
• Positive attitude to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  
• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
  
• Knowledge on other international language will be given preference.
  
• Added advantages will be given to the candidate who has English medium background or completed hotel management courses or degrees.
