| Position Name: Retail Sales Officer (Third Party Contractual) |
| Key Accountabilities |
- Ability to sell Loan products (Home Loan/Car Loan/Credit Cards etc.).
- Identify and pursue potential customers.
- Preparing monthly, weekly & daily sales report.
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries related to liabilities, payment and other banking services.
- Performing recovery activities.

| Qualifications |
- Minimum Bachelor Degree completed
- Experience in a similar role in financial institution will be preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
- Strong sales orientation and ability to meet target
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
