| Key Accountabilities |
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the Credit Card portfolio and increase market share
- Drive revenue growth through acquisition, activation, usage, and cross-selling initiatives
- Monitor portfolio quality, risk metrics, and ensure sustainable growth
- Lead product development, campaign management, and customer engagement initiatives
- Manage partnerships (Visa/Mastercard, merchants, fintech partners, etc.)
- Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with Bangladesh Bank guidelines
- Supervise and mentor team members within the Business Unit
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic positioning

| Qualifications |
- Minimum Bachelor Degree complete
- Minimum 6 years experience in a similar role in financial institution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
- Strong sales orientation and ability to meet target
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
