- Deliver prompt, professional, and personalized banking services to the clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with the clients including Priority/High Net Worth clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Address customer queries, service requests, and complaints efficiently with a solution-oriented approach.
- Contribute to achieving branch business and service quality targets.

| Qualifications |
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Service Industry (Airlines / Telecommunication Industry / Branch Banking) will be preferred.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree completed
- Smart appearance with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to manage premium clientele with professionalism and confidence.
