Key Accountabilities
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and personalized banking services to the clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the clients including Priority/High Net Worth clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Address customer queries, service requests, and complaints efficiently with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Contribute to achieving branch business and service quality targets.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Service Industry (Airlines / Telecommunication Industry / Branch Banking) will be preferred.
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree completed
  • Smart appearance with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to manage premium clientele with professionalism and confidence.
