Key Accountabilities
- Responsible & accountable for the overall business portfolios and supervision of the branch
- Rollout and implement the business plan, conduct follow up and monitoring to achieve planned business target and recovery.
- Ensure new business development in coordination Head Office and regular customer visits and cross selling to existing customer base.
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly and ensure customer service excellence
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
Qualifications
- Minimum graduate
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in any reputed commercial bank with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as Branch Manager
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
- Excellent analytical skills
- Local residence will get preference
- Selected candidate will need to stay at respective branch area
