Position Name: Learning & Development Manager

Key Accountabilities

  • Helping the Bank meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities
  • Establishing strong partnerships with the inside stakeholders to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development
  • Conducting organizational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles
  • Reviewing and revising course materials regularly
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required
  • Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching


  • Post-Graduate
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Age not over 40
