Key Accountabilities
- Helping the Bank meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact learning & development programs in line with business needs and priorities
- Establishing strong partnerships with the inside stakeholders to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development
- Conducting organizational needs analysis and creating training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles
- Reviewing and revising course materials regularly
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required
- Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching
Qualifications
- Post-Graduate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
- Excellent analytical skills
- Age not over 40
