Key Accountabilities

• Responsible & accountable for the overall business portfolios and supervision of the branch
  
• Rollout and implement the business plan, conduct follow up and monitoring to achieve planned business target and recovery.
  
• Ensure new business development in coordination Head Office and regular customer visits and cross selling to existing customer base.
  
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
  
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly and ensure customer service excellence
  
• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
  
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch
  
• Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
  
• Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

Qualifications

• Minimum graduate
  
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in any reputed commercial bank with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as Branch Manager
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
  
• Excellent analytical skills
  
• Local residence will get preference
  
• Selected candidate will need to stay at respective branch area
