Damien Foundation (DF), a Belgian International NGO, involved in the control of Tuberculosis and Leprosy in close collaboration with the Government of Bangladesh in 9 districts (Netrakona, Mymensingh, Kishoreganj, Tangail, Jamalpur, Sherpur, Rajshahi, Naogaon, Chapai Nawabganj) of Bangladesh is currently looking to fill up the following position:
Data Analyst: 01 position (Dhaka Office Based)
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) or data management-related subject from any reputed university.
- Any third division/class or equivalent grade in academic career will lead to in-eligibility.
Experience:
- 02 years’ work experience as a data analyst or in a related field is preferable, not mandatory.
Competency:
- Proficiency in data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Ability to prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in designing and implementing M&E frameworks.
Responsibility:
- Data Collection, managing data, developing reports and troubleshooting data issues.
- Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines.
- Capacity buildings of relevant staff.
Location: The post will be based at the Dhaka office with field visits.
Salary & Benefits: According to the organization’s salary scale along with other admissible benefits.
