• Minimum Post Graduate degree from any recognized University.
• MBA from IBA is Preferred.
• Out of the box thinker and creative problem solver- personal flexibility.
• Have extensive knowledge on sales & marketing.
• Management skill in organizing and running any business unit independently is must.
• Interpersonal communication & analytical skill as well as crisis management skill is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing where at least 3 years in high Management position.
