Job Context
- We intend to recruit an Industrial Engineer (IE) to develop LEAN/IE tools and techniques.
Employment Status: Full Time
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering/ IPE/ MPE from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Lean Management, Production/ Operation Management
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Garments, Packaging Industry, Textile

- Adopt best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better productivity and ensure optimization of resources;
- Apply statistical methods to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards and to plan the layout of machines and lines to get highest productivity.
- Monitor the layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to achieve maximum efficiency;
- Analysis of low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify.
- Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
- Study individual operators' performance and train them up.
- Coordinate with production departmental heads and supervisors for implementing LEAN/IE tools and techniques.
- Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth productivity.
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 30 years
- Written and verbal proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
