DBL Industries PLC has 120-line vertically integrated textile and apparel manufacturing facility.

Head of Production (Knit Garments) |
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor & Lead production facility of 120 lines of Knit Garments unit;
- Ensure implementation of best garments manufacturing practices in the RMG Unit using best tools & techniques for increasing production efficiency;
- Able to take initiatives and understand how to work manage the critical paths of delivery;
- Achieve plant objectives in Optimizing Efficiencies (Improve Man Machine Ratio, Cut to Shift Ratio, Production Efficiency);
- Ensure Timely Shipments; constantly guide the teams for ensuring high productivity and quality;
- Coordinate with managers for smooth execution of apparels production in the factory as per the buyer's specifications;
- Improve profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through integrated production planning, information support and analysis;
- Update information on technical operations and cost parameters at every stage of the production process;
- Monthly performance status report preparation and submission to the Management;
- Reporting to Managing Director of the Group.
Educational Requirements
- Masters/ Graduate in any discipline;
- Having B.Sc in Textile Engineering will get preference.
Experience Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in relevant field
- About 5-7 years proven track record in leading a managing a large Group of Industries
Additional Job Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to create and lead a team-based environment;
- Experience in a highly automated fulfillment environment is preferred;
- Demonstrated abilities in process improvement of garments management;
- Report presentation skill and interpersonal skill;
- Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in English;
- Well conversant in MS-Office
