At present, the Company invites application for the following position from deserving candidates.
Management Trainees are usually the Fast Trackers and consistent high performers with potential to succeed in the future leadership positions, and the Company's approach is to train, nurture, and utilize the full potential of the intrinsic talents of ambitious individuals under a collective team approach.
Education |
Candidates, aged not over 30 years, should be a graduate / post-graduate in Business Administration (preferably major in Finance) from recognized universities having GPA: 5.00 in both S.S.C & H.S.C levels on a scale of 5.00 and CGPA: minimum 3.00 on a scale of 4.00 in BBA & MBA levels respectively in their academic career. |
Competencies |
Strong interpersonal, leadership, analytical and problem solving skills; high intellectual ability, enthusiastic, energetic and hardworking; creativity and adaptability are desired. Excellent command over English language and computer skills are essential. |
Career & Compensation |
The selected candidates will be on probation period with monthly consolidated pay of Tk. 50,000/= only. On successful completion of probation period, the employees will be confirmed in the rank of Senior Executive under the Company’s regular pay scale. |
