Position: Territory Sales Executive

Job Description / Responsibility:
- Planning for achieving sales target through: Distribution & Productivity
- Assist to increase product coverage, Visibility and Merchandising.
- Attending the distribution point according to tour plan in time
- Confirmation the timely attendance of all SR/DSR
- Provide training and coaching for SR on distribution and sales Management
- Maintain proper communication channel for achievement of sales objective
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales report as required by the management
- Critically observe the competitor activities & report to superior.
- Supervise & guide the sales force for increase the market share
- Monitor and Evaluate daily target and achievement.
- Motivating all SR & DSR for achieving target
- Searching of new distributor for gap market.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor/Masters from any recognized Public/Private University
Experience Requirements: 2 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Sales (FMCG)
- Should know the Microsoft Office Package, Online Communication
- Should be self-motivated, friendly, dynamic, energetic & capable to work under pressure
- Take challenge in the new environment.
Fresher with good academic background from reputed university are highly encouraged to apply.
