A) Customer Service Operations | Sea Operations Administration Associate

Key Responsibilities
Who we are looking for

Major responsibilities include relations with Ocean carriers and Vendors delivering according to the operational targets defined by the Team Leader and Branch Manager. Maintain Proper documentation with carrier & Vendors as defined by the consignee in the SOP.

  • Branch KPI’s
  • Sending LA to GSC on time with close coordination to CRO/CRE
  • Timely HBL/FCR/OBL updates, Printing and releasing (timing stipulated in SOP)
  • Timely update sys for FACT invoicing on time.
  • Timely payment of dues to the carriers.
  • Timely doc dispatch / DOC management as per SOP.
  • E-doc execution where necessary.

Education:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree from reputed university.
  • CGPA Min 3.25 on a 4.00 scale

Experience:
Fresh graduates can apply. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferable

Language:
The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bengali and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment. Professional in business mail communication.

B) Customer Service Operations | VAS Administration Associate

Key Responsibilities
Who we are looking for
  • Co-ordinate with All carriers for empties availability as per requirement and with Off-docks operators for availability of Labors, Trailers, equipment & others logistics support as per requirement
  • Ensure for cargo receiving and stuffing as per Company’s SOP and clients’ requirements.
  • Ensure fast receiving & stuffing to avoid any truck delay complain from Customers.
  • Ensure for efficient and optimal utilization of warehouse space. Proper tally, survey and measurement of cargo reflecting true status of cargo received and stuffed by the off dock concern.
  • Responsible for all kind of VAS activities (Barcode Scanning, Scan file uploading/Transmitting correctly, Barcode printing etc.
  • Ensure physical cargo weight as per client requirements, Palletization, shrink wrapping, GOH shipment & collect presentable pictures during stuffing as per client requirement.
  • Ensure handling SEA-AIR cargo (labeling & 100% physical weight) and to ship out correctly onto desired vessel without fail.
  • Responsible for truck turn around monitoring.
  • Responsible to maintain & update all required data / information into File server such as Daily off-dock activity, Log maintain for various Buyer seal, Pallets, Pictures etc.

Education:
Bachelors or Master’s degree from reputed university with a CGPA of min 3.25 on a 4.00 scale

Experience:

C) Customer Service Operations | CS Premier - Administration Associate (Export/ Import)

Key Responsibilities
Who we are looking for

Major responsibilities include Relations with direct Import, Export customers, commercial team, Carriers, Co-loaders, Ocean Procurement and relevant Damco in-house teams like AIR, LSS, Origin or Destination offices to materialize both Export and Import shipments. Maintain Proper documentation for all relevant stake holders.

  • Making customer delight by for both Import and Export as per targets defined by the Team Leader and Branch Manager.
  • Maintain Proper documentation for working with customers, Vendors, In house team’s agent offices like SOP, IOP, QRG, SAL etc.
  • Maintain team and Branch KPI’s
  • Process 100% Import controlled bookings with all relevant desks like sales team, procurement, Carriers, Co-loaders and most importantly with customers by sending Shipment Instruction to Damco origin offices.
  • Process all types of Export bookings FCL, LCL, CFS Consolidation or CY load, Freight Prepaid or Collect, Co-loading as guided by Bangladesh Shipping law, Foreign Exchange policy and as per Damco Global IOP.
  • Create and update booking in Kewill for 100% export bookings as guided client specific or general IOP and issue those to customers as booking confirmation.
  • Doing sales of Land Side services to existing export or Import customer to meet team’s target of up selling.
  • Handling exceptional shipment like export or import back by complying local regulation.
  • Kewill Super or Power user for Ocean Product.
  • Claim handling with all relevant desks.

Education:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree from reputed university.
  • CGPA Min 3.25 on a 4.00 scale

Experience:
Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in relevant area.

Language:
The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bengali and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment. Professional in business mail communication.
