We are currently looking for candidates in the following position:
Job Title: Marketing Manager
Responsibility:

Developing and implementing yearly Marketing Plan and Cycle Plan.
- Preparing annual promotional budget and sales forecast
- Launching new products to capitalize market needs and opportunities
- Analyzing competitive marketing environment and find out the trends and developmental opportunities
- Liaising with opinion leaders and influencers such as Drug Administration, leading doctors, doctors' associations, etc.
- Guiding team members to develop promotional tools to help in attainment of organizational and sales objectives
- Executing promotional strategies & guidelines and ensure implementation through necessaries like Visual Aids, Action Plans, 'Dear Doctor' Letter, Chemist letter, Gifts, Gimmicks, etc.
- Arranging clinical meetings and seminar to facilitate rapport of field force with the target doctors
- Providing information and other relevant knowledge-based professional support to the target doctors
- Coordinating procurement of promo materials and their allocation & distribution
- Coordinating with all relevant departments to monitor the progress of work related to relevant procurement, production of commercial products & physicians samples, new product launch, etc.
- Preparing Monthly/ Quarterly analysis of brand/portfolio performance, sales & promo expense, etc. for necessary interaction.
- Analyzing product/ brand based monitoring and prescription summary reports
Educational Requirements:
- M.Pharm/ Graduate Standard in life science
- MBA in Marketing
- Preferably MBBS.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 10 years.
- The applicants should have experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing.
Additional Requirements:
- Age 40 to 50 years
- At least 5 years experience in supervision of marketing activities in any pharmaceutical Company.
- Have knowledge in planning and forecasting
- Good medical and pharmaceutical knowledge
- Self-motivated & have ability to work as a team leader
- Have strong communication skills, both in Bengali & English.
- Have excellent presentation skill.
- Have continuous learning attitude.
- Conversant in computer with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Net Browsing, etc.
