Job Responsibilities

  • Ability to lead sales team and set sales targets for each team member.
  • Monitor the individual/team performance and guide, motivate team member to achieve the target.
  • Achieve team sales target along with sourcing sales team & potential customers.
  • Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training.
  • Conduct team meeting to update members on target, achievement, deadline and things to do for future direction.
  • Demonstrating and presenting all types of CVCFL’s product to the potential customer.
  • Maintain effective business relationship with CVCFL’s customer and cross-selling approach.
  • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries and effectively handling customer complaints.
  • Preparing daily, monthly and weekly sales report and submit to Line Manager.
  • Perform any other tasks as and when required by the Management.

Employment Status: Permanent

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from reputed Private & Public University having no 3rd class/Division or equivalent result.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years In-line Experience for leading Liability Sales/Asset products teams in FI or Bank
