Title Associate, Regulatory Reporting
Reports to Head of Operations
Nature Full Time / Permanent
Position Summary The position is responsible to maintain Liaison with Bangladesh Bank and other external regulators for reporting and other compliance.

Major Duties and responsibilities
  • Ensure following Regulatory Reporting on a timely & accurate manner:
    Basel II, Risk Management, ISS, Green Banking, CSR, NBFI 2, 3, Suit File information of CIB, Commercial paper, Statement of large loans, Default borrowers, Refinance scheme for green products, Sector wise loan report, Stress Testing, Audited Accounts, Disclosure on Capital Adequacy etc.
  • Manage institutions internal MIS Reporting.
  • Other periodical and ad-hoc reporting as assigned from time to time.
  • Co-coordination with Branches and between various departments related to report submission.
  • Maintain Liaison with Bangladesh Bank and other external regulators for reporting and other compliance.

Educational Requirements
  • Graduation/Post Graduation in MIS/ Business Discipline from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 year(s) experience in managing such role.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Reporting, MIS, Data Analysis, Number Crunching.

Job Requirements
  • A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and must have mental resilience.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages
  • Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
