Creative Engineers Ltd., the leading ELEVATOR & ESCALATOR Company in Bangladesh and the sole distributor of the world famous Swiss brand, SCHINDLER, is looking for Store Officer. Required details are as follows
Position: Store Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure store operation is fully functional and capable to provide required material support.
  • Proper inventory control and maintaining minimum level of safety stock.
  • To maintain store compliance including LIFO, FIFO & BIN Card Method.
  • Monitor warehouse activities with stored goods perfectly and space is used efficiently.
  • Ensure safe receive, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of all goods.
  • Maintaining of register, store ledger, store requisition, delivery chalan, purchase order, packing list, inspection report etc.
  • Ensure daily/ weekly/ monthly stock report and record keeping.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly statements of store.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline from reputed institute.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 03 years relevant experience
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store/ inventory, Supply Chain
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronics Equipment, Engineering Firms, Construction, Heavy/ Light Industry, Accessories

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 32 years.
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office suites.
  • Solving all kinds of problem regarding receiving and delivery goods.
  • Sound knowledge on store auditing.
  • Excellent communication skill, proactive as well as organizing skill.
  • Experience in maintaining store records with inventory software is preferred.
