Request for Expression of Interest

The Centre for Research and Development (CRD) is currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EoI) from qualified Event Management Firm/Company for the Management of an International Conference Event.

Interested event management firm/company are requested to submit the following documents to CEO, Centre for Research and Development (CRD) through email recruitment@crdbd.org and CC To: shafiul@crdbd.org by 4.00 pm on 24 December 2023.

1. A cover letter
2. Form of Technical Proposal in Annex A
3. Form of Financial Proposal in Annex B
4. Updated Trade License/Certificate of Incorporation
5. Updated TIN Certificate
6. Updated VAT Certificate
7. Financial Solvency Certificate from Bank
8. Digital copies of three contracts of similar job with completion certificate.
9. Company Brochure (if any)

(Note: Prospective bidders are required to submit all the aforementioned documents for the evaluation of their technical proposal. Failure to submit these documents will render the bidder ineligible for the bidding process.)
