Job Context

  • The Major role of this position is to manage the front office of company branch Office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests courteously, direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor visitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Maintain staff attendance and movement logbook, ensuring entries are made timely and accurately;
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, magazines, forms and brochures);
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls, answer the queries & convey messages;
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email;
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily incoming mail/deliveries;
  • Keep record of incoming mail/outgoing mail/couriers, inventory, etc.;
  • Keep track of goods, materials, etc. until they are issued or delivered to final users.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, etc.
  • Other Duties as assigned by management.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Graduation in any discipline form any reputed public or private university in Bangladesh.

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Customer Care, Office Management, Receptionist/ Front Desk
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Group of Companies, international company, construction

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • English speaking fluently.
  • Must to have leadership and controlling ability to manage all the admin operations.
  • Must to have efficiency to manage all the task by given deadlines from the organization
  • Strong personality
  • Strong computer skills in MS Excel, MS Office , MS Power point and other important computer software knowledge.
  • Must have experience in company Bangladesh or international Minimum 2 to 5 years in administration department.

Job Location: Dhaka (Gulshan 2)
