Executive Associate

The Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD), a leading policy research organisation in Bangladesh, invites applications from qualified candidates for the Executive Associate position to support a senior official.

The selected candidate will provide high-level administrative, coordination, and communication support and assist in managing professional engagements, documentation, and correspondence.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree from a reputed university in Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Bangla and English.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive and administrative support to the senior official.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and briefing notes.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
  • Support logistical arrangements for meetings, events, and official engagements
  • The ideal candidate should be a dynamic, proactive, and highly organised individual with a strong sense of responsibility and work ethic. The candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Compensation and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a competitive compensation package starting from Taka. 61,600 per month, along with other admissible benefits as per organisational policy. The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and relevant professional experience.
