Executive Associate The Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD), a think-tank of global repute, will recruit an Executive Associate for a senior staff. This is an important administrative position. The ideal candidate should have a Postgraduate/Masters degree in English, Social Sciences, International Relations, Public Administration, Journalism and Communication from a reputed university. S/he must have command over English (spoken and written) and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Favorable consideration will be given for both educational achievement and work experience. The candidate should be proficient in operating MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail; managing files, databases and office correspondence; planning, organising and reporting on administrative issues including overseas travel and dealing with high-level national and international officials. The candidate must have skills in English and Bangla typing. The candidate should have relevant professional experience; international exposure will be an asset. The candidate must be hard working, capable of developing and cultivating relevant networks, displaying learning ability and a team player. A gross salary in the salary scale starting from Taka 55,000 per month will be offered to successful candidate, along with other admissible benefits. Actual compensation package will be based on the assessment of the candidate’s qualifications and suitability, including experience.
