Research Associate

The Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD) invites applications from promising young researchers who are keen to pursue an intellectually challenging career in development research. The ideal candidate will have a keen and demonstrated interest in issues related to macroeconomic and fiscal management, development economics and global economic affairs. The applicant should have strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. The candidate should be highly motivated, capable of displaying learning ability and an excellent team player.

The candidate should have a Postgraduate/Master’s degree in the discipline of Economics from a reputed university. A minimum CGPA of 3.60 is required which may be relaxed in case of candidates having Master’s degree from a reputed foreign university, and having publication in peer reviewed journals and relevant job experience.

A gross salary in the salary scale starting from Taka 55,000 per month will be offered to successful candidate, along with other admissible benefits. Actual compensation package will be based on assessment of the candidate’s qualifications and suitability, as also relevant experience.
