Resource Mobilisation Associate
The Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD), a reputed think tank, invites
applications from promising professionals for the position of
Resource Mobilisation Associate.
Key functions and responsibilities will include:

Assist researchers in
preparing funding proposals by writing project proposals,
preparing budgets, organising supporting documents, and
coordinating with the management for submission of proposals.

Explore funding
opportunities and share information with CPD management.
-
Participate in
network-building activities with potential partners to explore
opportunities for CPD.
-
Prepare both immediate
and medium-term resource mobilisation work plans in consultation
with the management and work towards implementation of the plan.
-
Coordinate with the
management and various divisions of CPD to ensure effective and
timely submission of reports to partners.
-
Support designing and
writing communication materials for sharing with prospective
partners, Philanthropies, Foundations, and the private sector.

Any other related
tasks assigned by the Executive Director and the management.
The applicant
should be highly motivated and committed, and capable of displaying
learning ability and the capacity to work effectively as a team
player.
Required Qualification:
-
Postgraduate
degree, preferably in Economics, Development Studies or a
subject within Social Sciences discipline
-
Working
experience in the area of Research, Project
Development, and Resource Mobilisation
related activities with international development/research
based/ think tank organisations will be an added advantage
-
Ability to
prioritise workload for smooth delivery of commitments

Fluency in
both written and verbal English
-
Excellent
networking, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
-
Computer
literacy and ability to effectively use relevant software,
particularly Excel
-
Self-motivated and committed to achieve results-oriented output.
A gross salary
starting from Taka 55,000 per month plus other admissible benefits
will be offered to the successful candidate. The actual compensation
package will be based on an assessment of the candidate’s
qualification, experience and suitability.
