Application & Sales – Pharmaceuticals Ingredients Division

  • You are a skilled techno sale person. You have a bachelor’s degree/ master’s degree in pharmacy/chemistry. You have 7 – 8 years of working experience in selling Pharmaceutical Raw Materials, experience in formulation development and troubleshooting for various pharmaceutical dosage forms. You are technically savvy in your field and have track record of new business development & have entrepreneurship attitude.
  • You add values. You have skillsets to explore the sales & development opportunities thru a clear, understandable & countable value addition to the customers. Your sales approach is not only driven by price rather the intrinsic value of the combination of product, price, compliance & services.   
  • You are a critical thinker and problem solver. New challenges motivate you, more complex the problem, the better. You are not afraid to tackle an assignment in uncharted territory and are determined to find a solution rather than leaving a problem unsolved. You can assess and interpret scientific literature to develop desired or new formulation approaches.

You enjoy coming up with new products, innovative solutions, and you leverage your knowledge in the field to develop new, unique solutions to the problems, including formulation approaches not yet demonstrated. You have examples to show of your past works.

Designation :  Account Manager/ Account Specialist – Pharmaceutical Ingredient Division
Location :  Dhaka
Region Responsibility : Bangladesh
Qualification : B. Pharm / M. Pharm/ Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering
Experience :  7-8 years of working experience in selling Pharmaceuticals Raw Materials/ Technical Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • The role entails development & sales of Pharmaceutical Raw Materials (Excipient, Additives, specialty APIs) and responsible to give first hand technical support to various dosage forms.
  • The candidate will work as a member of Application & Sales Team and will be responsible for existing sales & new business developments thru identifying the potential customers and to complete the entire sales cycle from development/ sales transaction to account receivable.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the industry.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status thru various analysis.
  • Business development thru new project generation, keep tracking of ongoing projects, hunting of new business, providing technical assistance/ application knowledge to the product development team at manufacturer end, mapping new markets, research and gather industry requirements, updating customers with new product line, capabilities of various gap analysis.
  • The position will be liable for daily call report, monthly sales report, supplier report and any other reports as decided by management.
