1.

Project Manager (Solar Power Plant)
(Candidate having experience in Solar Power Plant Establishment shall be given preference)

  • B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)
  • Minimum 30 years of total professional experience
  • Retired Director / Executive Engineer / Equivalent rank from BPDB, BREB, PGCB will be preferred
  • Prior experience in solar power plant establishment will receive special preference
  • Proven leadership capability to manage engineers, technicians, and contractors in challenging field conditions
  • Excellent communication skills in English and/or Bangla

2.

Deputy Project Manager

  • 01 (One) for Solar Power Plant
  • 01 (One) for Substation with Grid Line

2 Nos
  • B.Sc. Engineering in EEE
  • 5–10 years of professional experience
  • Hands-on experience in installation, operation, and development of at least one solar power project
  • Experience with PV simulation software (PVsyst, Helioscope, etc.) for yield analysis
  • In-depth understanding of solar PV technology, components (modules, inverters, mounting structures, transformers) and balance of system (BOS).
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical standards, single-line diagrams (SLD), civil/structural drawings, and site layout plans.
  • Practical knowledge of Bangladesh's grid-connection procedures and requirements for net-metering or captive power plants.
  • Familiarity with SCADA and monitoring systems.
  • Must be proficient in MS Project/Excel for scheduling, AutoCAD for basic drawing review, and MS Office Suite.
  • Effective communication skills in English and/or Bangla

3.

Assistant Field Engineer (Electrical)

  • B.Sc. Engineering in EEE
  • 1–3 years of experience (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
  • Knowledge of solar power plant design and AutoCAD drawings of Solar Power plant will be considered an added advantage
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

4.

Public Relation Officer (PRO)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with local administration, political figures, police, land office, district and upazila authorities
  • Maintain effective communication with local stakeholders, landowners, and community leaders
  • Assist in obtaining permits, NOCs, approvals, and clearances from relevant authorities
  • Coordinate with project management team to resolve local issues, disputes, and site-related concerns

  • Minimum Master’s Degree in any discipline or MBA
  • Degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Law, Mass Communication, or Social Science will be preferred
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience as PRO or liaison officer
  • Prior experience in power plant, infrastructure, road, bridge, or large construction projects preferred
  • Familiarity with local administrative procedures and government offices is essential

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Capable of handling sensitive issues tactfully and professionally
  • Willingness to stay at project site and work under field conditions
  • Must be honest, disciplined, and capable of maintaining confidentiality

5.

Diploma Field Engineer – Electrical

4 Nos
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience (Fresh candidates may also apply)
  • Strong understanding of:
    • AC/DC systems, voltage, current, power
    • Earthing and protection systems
  • Practical skills in:
    • Electrical wiring, cable sizing, conduit laying, termination
    • Use of testing instruments (Multimeter, Megger, Clamp Meter, Earth Tester)

6.

Diploma Field Engineer – Civil

2 Nos
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience (Fresh candidates are encouraged)
  • Experience in:
    • Land surveying, leveling, and layout marking
    • Concrete and soil field testing (slump test, cube test, compaction)
    • Ability to prepare:
    • Estimates, subcontractor bills
    • Material requisitions and civil cost estimations
