Concern Worldwide, Bangladesh has been implementing Emergency Rohingya Response Projects with funding from different donors, most of which are short-term projects.

Major Areas of Responsibility:                    
 
To contribute to standardize the processes, streamline and improving the systems on: data entry, documentations, Muster roll verification,  Internal Communications, assist in materials development, collection of documents from field, ensure field level supplies on time, support overall MEAL operations in Concern Worldwide, Cox’s bazar office

Operate Remote Communication and Support Services (RCSS)
  • Assist in operation of hotline number (office hours) for remote communication and support services (RCSS)
  • Maintain feedback/complaint register
  • Work as reminder of loop closing of received feedback/complaint

  • CRM become more functional and less time consuming
  • Dedicatedly hotline operation
MEAL Communications
  • Support and tracking of different communication on field requirements and ensure supports on time
  • Communicate and address the findings with relevant staff once the verification have done
  • Others departmental communication for supporting in field operation
  • Communicate field staff for prepare CLA
  • Ensure specific messages are compiled and disseminate field
  • Timely communications
  • Ensure others support to MEAL

Assist in MIS and research activities
  • Assist in data input, tools and data demonstration, data gathering

Obligations: Maintain a high level of confidentiality wherever the incumbent comes across sensitive information’s/data. The person shall accept, and adhere to all Concern Worldwide policies (Code of Conduct and its associated safeguarding policies). “Do no harm” to beneficiaries is always kept in mind.

Accountability: The professional Intern is report to the MEAL Advisor. Promote and ensure compliance with the requirements of Concern's Programme Participants Protection Policy (P4) and Humanitarian Accountability Partnership standards to ensure maximum protection to programme beneficiaries

Key Requirements:

  • Graduation in any subject from any registered institution
  • Sound knowledge of MEAL activities, Helpdesk, AAP/CRM, Quality assurance
  • Expert in Chittagonian dialect
  • Females only
  • fresher with strong relevant academic background are also encouraged to apply
  • Having knowledge in MS Word, MS excel/PowerPoint
  • Excellent communications skill in English and Bangla
