Currently, we are looking for a motivated professional for the position of Head of Quality Assurance & Technical.

Job Description / Responsibility:

• To develop a strong team of quality assurance, oversee quality assurance and related activities of a state of the art of knit garment, and ensure a total quality management system through best operating practices and procedures and set up effective quality procedures to meet the requirements of the world-renowned buyers.
  
• Setting up quality monitoring systems & processes, liaison with from back process(knitting dyeing, AOP) to cutting, sewing, finishing, and managing quality assurance resources deployed in a different section.
  
• Conduct an inspection by counter-checking the inspection file to check the production status, fabric, accessories and measurement, style, packing, workmanship, etc. to ensure that the requirement of the buyers meets.
  
• Detect faults and recommend corrective action timely by checking operations & solving problems independently.
  
• To continuously develop my own competencies & skills in relevant aspects, in order to enhance service quality and personal development.
  
• To lead the QA team and develop the QA system according to the company's QA manual.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master in any discipline with a good academic Record
  
• Related professional training or educational qualifications will be definitely given more priority.

Experience Requirements

• At least 10-12 year(s) in the relevant area in same position
  
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): QMS and Technical Audit, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection, and Quality Management System.
  
• Lean, Kaizen, TQM, QS Audit all relevant technical audits of different brands

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age at least 35 years not more than 50
  
• Very Good command and skills in English communication Having good knowledge of modern Garments Quality methodology
  
• Excellent in MS Office
  
• Should have good communication /Negotiation skills
