Assistant Manager - Shipping

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Responsible to manage the shipping management operation
• Manage warehousing in effective manner with the lowest cost & resources
• Align inventories with customer requirements fulfillment service within Budget and sales center strategic plan
• Coordinate and support cross functionally with all relevant departments
• Build capability of the team to ensure quality compliant prompt accomplishments

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Graduation / Post Graduation from a reputed institution with good academic record.
• At least 6 years’ experience in Shipping, Logistics and Warehousing of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries, preferably in a multinational company
• Working knowledge of MS Office and good language proficiency in English preferred.

Additional Required Skills:

• Strong supervision to directs the day-to-day shipping activates
• Teamwork to act in conjunction with planning, sales, commercial and supply chain
• The ideal candidate must be capable to work with 5s housekeeping system
