We are also the market leader in Bangladesh and are looking for a young and energetic Territory Manager. The job will be based at Dhaka, Bangladesh.

The purpose of the job will be to manage a specific territory and lead a group of sales forces to achieve yearly sales and invoicing target of the territory, simultaneously nursing existing customer and develop new customer within global service standards.

The role will be primarily accountable for the followings:

  • Manage & develop territory business by delivering profitable sales growth as per plan and identifying business potential in the market
  • Manage and develop the business relationships with all existing and potential customers
  • Managing the Key accounts by coordinating with customer service, supply chain and manufacturing team to ensure utmost satisfaction of the customer and managing urgencies
  • Monitor & follow-up customer service and commercial team for debtor management by account’s outstanding reconciliation on a regular basis
  • Gather market intelligence & analyze the report with the stakeholders for strategic planning
  • Coordinate with the Global Sales team to develop & cultivate business relationship with local and international top Brands
  • Arrange technical seminars, presentations & PES for valued customers to upgrade coats premium brands
  • Develop and mentor the reporting team to fill up the succession plan and to deliver according to business target


  • Business graduate preferably BBA (with Concentration in Marketing) from reputed business institution
  • 5 to 7 years inline experience
  • Strong background in account/sales management
  • Track record of closing sales and delivering on profit commitments
  • Ability to travel extensively
  • Strong team player with a can do attitude
  • Strong interpersonal/ communication skills
