COAST has a zero-tolerance policy with regard to Sexual Exploitation and Abuse by its staff and personnel against the people they serve or staff. The selected candidates will be required to comply with the COAST’s PSEA Policy. Selected candidate/s will therefore undergo rigorous reference and background checks against their past behavior related to sexual exploitation and abuse and may be required to provide additional information further on in the selection process. If any candidate found and proved allegation of sexual exploitation and abuse against children or women, their application and recruitment process will be cancelled. Experiences: Minimum 2 years of experience of working in child protection program in any NGOs. The candidate will be given prefer having knowledge in project management, case management and community-based child protection programming in Rohingya response. The candidate has experience on HACT procedure, UNICEF reporting system. The candidate must have knowledge and skill in computer literacy (MS office, internet, email management etc.), communication skill etc. Language proficiency is required both English and Bangla.
Salary and benefits
BDT 90,000 (consolidated) per month along with mobile and internet allowances as per project budget.
