It has the special consultative status of UN ECOSOC, registered by NGO Affairs Bureau, the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and Micro Credit Regulatory Authority. The Foundation has a zero-tolerance policy about Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and protecting child marriage by its staff. The Foundation is seeking professionals for below position: 1. Position: Assistant Director/Deputy Director - Human Resource and Training. Experiences: Minimum 8 years’ experience in human resource management, organizing training, proficiencies in English and computer. Academic Background: Masters with honors in any subject from any reputed university. Third division/class or less than GPA 3 (out of 5) and 2.4 (Out of 4) in any academic exams will not be called for interview. 2. Position: Assistant Director/Deputy Director - Internal Audit and Compliances. Experiences: Minimum 8 years’ experience in NGO/MFIs auditing (internal/external) with leading an audit team of NGO/MFIs. Academic Background: Masters with honors in Business Studies/Accounting from any reputed university. Third division/class or less than GPA 3 (out of 5) and 2.4 (Out of 4) in any academic exams will not be called for interview. The candidates must have the ACA or ECA or CA course completed from any reputed firm. Working base: Principal Office, Shyamoli, Dhaka but field visit at least one week in each month.
