COAST Foundation (www.coastbd.net) an independent, non-profit and Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), awarded special consultative status with UN Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC), participating in survival strategies of coastal poor. It is a value based organization which believes in integration of right based approach in micro finance, striving for people centered sustainable development initiatives, maintaining a level of transparency, participation, accountability, gender sensitivity and respects to human rights principles in management. The organization is seeking CVs from interested professionals for the following position and the candidates should be from Cox’s Bazar District:

Experiences: Minimum of 5-7 years practical experience with leading any development projects. Experience of working on community mobilization, government and donor relation, staff management as a team leader, program monitoring and evaluation. The candidates should also have report writing and communication skills in English (writing and fluently speaking), computer literacy in English and Bangla with MS word and XL.

Salary and benefits: For the position the salary range is BDT 50-70 thousand (consolidated) per month.
