Center for Natural Resources Studies (CNRS) is a renowned pro-environment national NGO in Bangladesh, established in 1994. Since its inception, CNRS has been actively engaged in environmental conservation and sustainable development initiatives and has earned recognition from local, national, and international stakeholders, including government bodies and funding agencies, through its innovative approaches and tangible learning outcomes.

For the implementation of its project activities in Cox’s Bazar, CNRS hereby invites applications for vendor enlistment from eligible vendors, suppliers, and service providers (including individual consultants and companies) under the categories mentioned below.

Interested vendors/suppliers/service providers are requested to participate by submitting the required documentation in accordance with the instructions and requirements outlined in this notice.

9. Workshop & Maintenance Services (Generator, AC & Others)
   
10. Food Supply / Catering Services
    
11. Hotel, Venue & Food Services (Accommodation, Conference/Training, etc.)
    
12. Agricultural Supplies (Seeds, Seedlings, Fertilizers, Livestock Items, Machinery/Equipment, etc.)
    
13. Electrical Appliances & Crockeries
    
14. Medicines, Surgical & Healthcare Items
    
15. Tours & Travel Agencies
    
16. Internet Connectivity & Mobile Recharge Services

Required Documents for Enlistment

1. Application/Cover Letter addressed to the Chairman, Local Procurement Committee, CNRS (mentioning not more than three (3) categories)
   
2. CNRS-prescribed Vendor Information Form (VIF)
   
3. Organization Profile (Client List, Organogram, List of Equipment, List of Employees, Certifications—if available)
   
4. Photocopy of Proprietor’s National ID (NID)
   
5. Photocopy of Updated Trade License
   
6. Photocopy of VAT Registration Certificate (BIN)
   
7. Photocopy of Updated Income Tax Certificate
   
8. Bank Statement (minimum last six months) or Bank Solvency Certificate (if applicable)
   
9. Minimum three (3) Performance Certificates / Work Experience Certificates / Purchase Orders relevant to the applied categories
   
10. CNRS Policies Annexures, duly signed and sealed

Submission Method

• Hard copy submission of all required documents as per instructions. (Courier acceptable)
• Mandatory submission of Google Form for soft-copy data management
