Job Responsibilities
- Maintain communication with Aldi Dhaka office for CR related issues
- Carry out regular Compliance Audit in the Business Unit and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
- Source factories suitable for Aldi production and take proper action to take factories in Aldi pool.
- Sound Knowledge of compliance requirements of , SMETA , Social Ethical audit , Accord, Alliance, BSCI, OCS, SEDEX, WRAP, CT-PAT, ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 & 45001:2018
- Any other job assigned by Management.

Educational Requirements
- Graduation or Masters in any discipline
- Post-Graduation Diploma on Social Compliance will be given preference
Experience Requirements
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- At least 5 year(s) in an buying office or foreign liaison office maintaining Aldi orders
- Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
- Very good skills in MS Office.
