• BBA and MBA in Marketing will be preferred

Experience

• At least 07 years

Additional Requirements

• Age: At most 40 years
• Minimum 07 years of professional experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Proven experience in Real Estate or Land Development industry.
• Strong exposure to both trade sales channels and corporate / project sales.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead large teams and drive performance across regions.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and execute overall sales and marketing strategy aligned with company vision and industry practices.
• Prepare and implement periodical sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and individual targets.
• Design, implement, and control trade policies, incentives, discount structures, and market activation programs.
• Oversee bidding, negotiation, contract finalization of large corporate sale.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients.
• Align marketing and brand communication initiatives with trade and corporate sales objectives.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and overall market trends.
• Recommend pricing strategies balancing competitiveness and profitability.
• Prepare and present regular sales and marketing presentation for clients
• Daily performance reports to share with top management.
• Develop and implement comprehensive corporate marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning in the real estate sector.
• Build and maintain a consistent brand image across all communication channels, including digital, print, and outdoor media.
• Lead and mentor the corporate marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.
• Develop CSR and community engagement initiatives to enhance corporate reputation.
