• BBA & MBA in Marketing

Experience

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate/Land Development Company/ Multinational Companies

Additional Requirements

• Age 26 to 34 years
• Strong knowledge of branding and marketing communication
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects

Responsibilities & Context

• Real estate experience candidate are preferable
• Develop Brand strategy and campaigns
• Brand Activity
• Digital Marketing strategy and daily activity
• ATL & BTL Activity
• Event & Activation
• Market Visit and industry analysis
• Sales analysis
• New brand development
• Regular Sales follow-up
• Market research and market knowledge
• Online Sales by Phone and Communicate with the clients
• Meet sales target daily & monthly.
• Able to speak clearly and persuasively in Bangla & English in positive or negative situations.
• Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
• Professional, courteous and know proper phone etiquette.
• Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
