This role is an integral part of the Executive Coordination Secretariat, providing crucial support in ensuring efficiency and smooth operations. The selected candidate will play a key role in facilitating high-level coordination while working closely with multiple divisions.
- Efficiently manage and maintain the schedule, calendar, and commitments of the respective Executive, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Document and summarize key discussions and decisions made in meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution.
- Act as a liaison between the Executive and both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and engagements.
- Monitor and follow up on approvals, correspondences, and other critical tasks, ensuring timely completion.
- Handle and organize incoming communications and materials, ensuring appropriate routing and responses.
