Head of Card Sales
Job Context
The role is primarily responsible for ensuring and improving positive sales, marketing, service delivery and customer experience of Credit Card business with a view to increasing revenue and market share of the Bank. Other key responsibilities of the role includes - develop sales strategy of Credit Card business in order to ensure the maximum adherence to Card Acquisition plan as par set targets; oversee performance of sales teams.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Ensure and improve positive sales, service delivery and customer experience of Credit Card business, ensuring revenue and market share growth.
- Monitor sales team performance ensuring Card sales are within rules & regulatory boundaries and oversee personal development of the team.
- Ensure the proper intra- department co-ordination.
Employment Status: Full Time
Educational Requirements
- 4 years of Graduation or Masters in any discipline from reputed universities
Additional Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience preferably in a reputed bank/financial institution
- Good at networking and maintaining relationship
- Ability to handle complex situation
- Target oriented with Multi tasking ability
- Perfect verbal and written communication skills
