Position: Credit In-Charge/ Credit Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Illustrate high levels of customer orientation and professionalism in day to day conduct consistently.
  • Analytical ability with proper risk perception on different areas of Bank’s financing.
  • Reviewing of credit proposals to figure out the acceptability in terms of Bank’s risk appetite and credit policy.
  • Identification of associated risks of the business and measures of mitigation.
  • Quantitative analysis with respect to evaluation of financial statements and ability of forecasting of business growth.
  • Ability of proper structuring of credit facility in match with the borrower’s financial capacity/cash flows.
  • Maintain updated records of loan applications.
  • Monitoring of repayment performance of the borrowers.
  • Preparation and timely submission of all kinds of related statement to the concerned authorities.
  • Well conversant with the Bank’s policy and financial products and constant updating on product features, procedures and processes.
  • Promote Bank’s products by providing consistent, accurate and transparent information to customers. 
  • Ensure all service level agreements are being met consistently without fail.
  • Ensure adherence to cut-off times and deadlines.
  • Perform additional duties as and when assigned by the Management.

  • Capable to provide quality customer service.
  • Knowledge on Corporate, Trade and Client Relationship.
  • Sound computer literacy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in any branch of the Bank.
  • Good communication and presentation skills both in Bangla and English.

Age Range: From 28 to 40

Experience: Minimum 03 years

Job Type: Permanent

Educational Qualification: MBA/Masters without having 3rd class/division in any examination. 

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
