Job Description/Responsibility: |

The ideal candidate for the position is expected to be self-starter with strategic mindset and business focused having very good connectivity with the clienteles across the different segments.

The candidate shall have the past track record of superior business performance and to work with specific direction towards attainments of set target(s).

The candidate is required to have sound negotiation skill as well as ability for proper articulation of clients funding needs with the capacity to exercise due diligence in the right perspective.

Capacity to monitor performance of the members of the team to ensure attainment of set objectives with maximum extent of efficiency.

Ensure due compliance on regulatory issues to mitigate the operational risks.

Maintenance of proper housekeeping and corporate etiquettes.

Additional Job Requirements: |

Minimum 6 years banking service including 01 year as Head of Branch/Manager Operations.

Capable to provide quality customer service, maintain accuracy and follow all appropriate processes and procedures in the related fields.

Communication skill both in English and Bengali.

Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

Sound Computer literacy.
