Position: Cash In - Charge/Cash Officer

Job Level : Trainee Cash Officer - Cash Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies and answering queries.
  • Informing customers about bank’s products and services.
  • Tracking, recording, reporting and storing information related to transactions and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
  • Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Packaging cash and rolling coins to be stored in the bank vault.
  • Keeping a clean, organized work area and professional appearance.
  • Handling currency, transactions and confidential information in a responsible manner.
  • Using software to track bank information and generate reports.
  • Following bank’s all financial, security regulations and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of BACH, BEFTN, RTGS.
  • Check balance of cash daily before closing of vault.
  • Maintenance of various register related to cash.
  • Timely preparation of CTR, STR, torn note, AML and other works related to Cash Department.
  • Proper maintenance of locker.

  • Good communication skill both in Bangla and English.

Age Range: From 28 to 35

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Job Type: Probation/Permanent

Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation having no 3rd class/division in the academic career.
